Trauma Support

“As long as you keep secrets and suppress information, you are fundamentally at war with yourself…The critical issue is allowing yourself to know what you know. That takes an enormous amount of courage.”

– Bessel A. van der Kolk, The Body Keeps the Score: Brain, Mind, and Body in the Healing of Trauma

Trauma Support

Everyone experiences trauma in their life…some big and some small. Trauma can have a profound effect on your life. It influences how you live or possibly don’t live your life. Fear, resulting from trauma, can stop you in your track and prevent you from living life fully. Traumatic experiences also cloud the lens in which you view your life.

Bonnie shares…

Everyone experiences trauma at some point in their life, whether they’ve lost a loved one or simply have lived through various traumatic experiences.

Life can be joyful, yet painful at times. It has been said that without the darkness, it’s difficult to acknowledge or appreciate the light. However, you don’t have to continue to live in the darkness. It is never too late to heal the hurt.

If you never heal from what hurt you, then you’ll bleed on people
who did not cut you.

Have you experienced trauma in your life? Have your traumatic experiences prevented you from living your life fully?

What if there was a simple and effective treatment to help you heal your
traumatic memories?

There is a treatment that is so simple and is non-traumatizing. In two to three sessions, through an easy visualization process, you’re able to untangle and release the trauma associated with your memories. After the sessions, you’ll still remember the events but without holding onto the traumatic emotions and memories associated with them. This technique is not psychologically based, rather neurologically based. This is not therapy but a simple protocol that allows you to reprogram your traumatic memories in a healthier way.

I’d love to help you free yourself from the entanglement of your trauma so that you’re able to live your life fully…that is your birthright.

RTM Protocol therapy is a non-drug, non-traumatizing treatment that re-programs the neurological connection between the brain’s feeling center and specific traumatic memories… The treatments completely eliminate traumatic nightmares, flashback and directly related emotional problems for over 90% of clients.

From the heart…

“Bonnie is such a gifted space holder and I felt supported and safe during my RTM sessions. I was so amazed at how much transformed for me after only one session. The process was also pretty incredible because I didn't have to relive a lot of my trauma experience. I visited bits of it but not in the way I would if I had to tell the story in depth. I was grateful for that. My sessions with Bonnie were powerful. I would recommend and have recommended RTM to others.”

“My RTM session opened an avenue of healing and coping I never knew existed. I am so grateful for this technique that gave me closure and control over my own responses to trauma. Bonnie's gentle and compassionate guidance through the process was exactly what I needed.”

- Jessica Bullington, BSN, RN, CHPN

“My RTM experience was truly transformative. Bonnie assured me I would feel safe and supported every step of the way, and I truly did! The RTM process itself enabled me to release some deeply held trauma responses that I’ve been living with since childhood. And, it was surprisingly easy. After only two sessions it feels like RTM has given me my childhood back because I can think about that period of my life with a clear head and an open, forgiving heart. I also have some powerful new tools I can continue putting to use when dealing with future stress and anxiety. Thank you so much!``”

“I became a paraplegic 11 years ago to the month I completed RTM with Bonnie. I have no memories of the motorcycle accident that paralyzed me halfway through my premedical undergraduate degree, but I had been living for years with evidence of emotional harm from the trauma. During my RTM session, it was as if I could suddenly see the ropes still tied around my heart from the accident. RTM showed me I wasn’t grieving my accident, but had been instead entangled with guilt believing I had caused the accident. After my RTM session, where I changed my story and made a new movie that clearly removed any blame for the accident, I was suddenly freed from those ropes. Eleven years to the month of my accident, I completed my last rotation as a medical student and will be crossing the stage of graduation in a few weeks as a physician. I could not be prouder of myself, all thanks to the freedom I achieved with RTM. My sleeping has improved, my anxiety on the roads and sudden stops has disappeared. I don't think I can ever fully articulate the impact this is continuing to have in my life. So many other pieces of my identity had been tied into that guilt and then fear in the second half that I'm seeing changes in my relationships, in my self-care, in my dreams, in my choices, and in my self-narration. I will continue to see these changes for weeks to come, I expect. This changed my life, in the way that can only be described as life-giving. I got my life back from under those ropes. I'm free.”
